Orders received before 3PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) are shipped no later than the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are generally processed by close of business Monday.

Domestic Delivery Times:
USPS Priority, FedEx Ground and UPS Ground orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected within 3 - 5 business days. Orders shipped to the East Coast generally take 6 - 7 business days.

If your ship address is not a P.O. Box, then for quicker delivery with more reliable delivery times, overnight and two day shipping service are recommended and available. Even FedEx and UPS ship times are not guaranteed or available in all situations and all areas. For example, Hanalei/Kauai, or homes that are off the grid, such as some remote spots of Kamuela/Hawaii, etc.

We will notify you via e-mail within 1 business day if any of your products are out of stock and thus delayed. We will ship all portions of the order that are in stock, and your out of stock items will be sent as quickly as possible.

Purchases that are initiated outside of the United States may require a fee for cutoms which will be directly passed to the Buyer. This fee is calculated by the "Ship To" country.
