Luxury Skin Shop Return Policy

Please be advised, for the safety of our customers, any product that has been opened or tampered with in any manner may not be returned. This policy in non-negotiable. LuxurySkinShop will make all determinations as to what is unopened and untampered.

Step 1: Within 30 days of purchase, use the form below to provide us with a detailed explanation about your reason for the return. This will allow us to investigate the problem so that we can issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). This RMA will be necessary for the final store credit refund approval.

Step 2: Once received, we will investigate all aspects of your return. For example, if you didn't receive a product, then we can investigate our shipping records to show precisely how much your package weighed at the time of shipping. This will allow us to see if the package was missing any items. So, your detailed explanation will be helpful for us to better understand how we can improve our service to you in the future.

Step 3: If you receive an RMA, then mail us your order including all items, parts and printed materials. These items must be in their original packaging along with your RMA# and a copy of your invoice.

Use a shipping company that will track your shipments as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments. Please insure the package for full value to protect yourself from loss due to return shipping damage.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. LuxurySkinShop.com shall determine endeavor to replace all products with new and/or comparable products depending on the situation. All determinations on refunds and replacements shall be made by LuxurySkinShop.com.
